In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "zy999" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at zy999.bet and any associated mobile or desktop applications operated under the same brand.
• "Platform" means the zy999 website, associated software, mobile interfaces, and all services made available through them, including casino games, sports betting, and the PKR cashier.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the zy999 registration process.

zy999 may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time, including age verification documents, proof of identity, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the zy999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your zy999 Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update any details that change after registration.
• Keep your zy999 login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify zy999 immediately via live chat if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, where such activity results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

zy999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

All financial transactions on zy999 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zy999 supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. zy999 makes no representation that all methods will be available at all times and reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend payment methods without prior notice.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and per transaction. Current limits are displayed at the zy999 cashier at the time of the transaction.
• All funds deposited into your zy999 Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• zy999 may require satisfactory Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — before processing any withdrawal.

• zy999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of zy999.

zy999 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements apply to the bonus amount, or to the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may only be used on games that contribute to the Wagering Requirement. Live casino games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific promotion page for contribution schedules.
• If a Player makes a withdrawal request before completing the applicable Wagering Requirement, zy999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Bonus Balance and any winnings generated from it prior to processing the withdrawal.
• zy999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering shall be entitled to complete the promotion under the original terms, unless zy999 reasonably suspects misuse.
• A Player may not hold or activate more than one welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and may result in Account suspension.

zy999 offers casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and sports betting markets. Each game and betting market is governed by its own applicable rules displayed within the game interface or on the relevant betting page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before wagering.

• All casino game outcomes on zy999 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. zy999 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets placed and confirmed on zy999 are final and may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player unless an error on the part of zy999 can be demonstrated.

• zy999 reserves the right to impose betting limits, restrict markets, or void bets at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause — including but not limited to evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

zy999 is committed to maintaining the integrity of its Platform for all Players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on zy999, including using a third party's personal details to circumvent Account restrictions.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated process to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an advantage in multiplayer games or poker formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or apparent error are void and will be reclaimed by zy999.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or chargebacks in connection with your zy999 Account.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any zy999 content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any zy999 software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zy999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

zy999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player into their zy999 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zy999 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Players in accordance with the zy999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on zy999 you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

zy999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and linked banking partners), KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or by zy999's licensing obligations. zy999 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where zy999 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.

• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, the security of other Players, or zy999's compliance with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
• The Player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards zy999 staff or other Players.

Upon termination for cause, zy999 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus funds. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the last used payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC review, within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting zy999 live chat support. zy999 will process closure requests within 72 hours and will return any eligible Real Money Balance as described above.

zy999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal procedures, or Player obligations — zy999 will provide no less than seven (7) days' advance notice via in-platform notification or registered email before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes — may be made without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zy999 holds its international gaming licence.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution before either party may pursue litigation.

Nothing in this section shall limit zy999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where zy999 reasonably believes that its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or Platform security are under immediate threat.
